Includes one scheduled on-site preventative maintenance visit for centrifugal evaporators by a trained IES (Unity Lab Services) engineer.

  • Service includes inspection, functional checks, vacuum performance review, temperature and rotor speed checks where applicable, safety checks, and maintenance documentation within the agreed labor scope
  • PM kits, spare parts, pump service kits, seals, high-cost consumables and repairs are excluded unless separately confirmed and quoted
  • Additional labor, travel or repeat visits caused by customer/site readiness issues may be charged in line with the applicable rate card
