  • Standard local labor and travel within the agreed EMEA coverage area are included
  • Exceptional travel, non-standard site access, repeat visits caused by site readiness issues, and any work outside the agreed start-up scope may be quoted or charged separately
  • A completed pre-installation form together with the system sales order or serial number must be provided before scheduling to confirm that required utilities and site conditions are in place
